- Men of War folder is automatically determined on clean install of DCG
- Fixed issue where some maps had more than three objectives - now the maximum is three
- Externalized label and button text to a config file for possible localization
- Purchase screen now calculates additional rarity checks after each successful check, allowing more than one vehicle per type to be available
- Service dates displayed on Purchase screen

Map Pack is an addon for DCG by Zeke Wolff and Ngvede - all credit for this pack goes to them. All previously released maps by Zeke Wolff and Ngvede are included in this pack. Previously, the maps were included as part of DCG releases, but now they are bundled separately.


DCG now includes an operation map screen that allows you to see the maps in the current operation and drag and drop your unit where you want to attack or defend.

DCG requires you to install three Microsoft files to run. If you have used previous versions of DCG be sure to check below as the XNA and J# files require updated versions. All the required Microsoft files are listed below:

You MUST have Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package installed in order for this program to function properly.

If you get an error message about "1.pat" follow the instructions below:
This occurs because the GamersGate (which I have) and Boxed versions are slightly different. If you have a Boxed version, before you run DCG for the first time, you will have to open the settings.xml file in your mods\campaign folder with a text editor and remove the following lines which include the words 1.pat:

<mappakfile>\1.pat</mappakfile>
...
<iconpakfile>\1.pat</iconpakfile>

This should not be a problem after the real patch is released and we can do an update so it is the same for everyone.

Hi, I just registered on these boards for one purpose and that is to tell you that you are the f****** man. :toast: :punkl: :punkr: Seriously, when I saw that this game lacked a skirmish mode, I was pounding my head on the keyboard. Now I can go back to those tools that play shitty company of heros and definitively tell them that MOW pwns COH in every way (except voice acting lol).

This is great to know jason.

Just wondering, should the folders containing zeke wolff's and nvgede's maps be put in the campaign/map location or campaign/resource/map/single/DCG/DCGmission location?

so this is using the multipayer type game mechanics or the SP one? I noticed SP fog of war is useless as my sniper sees 30meters ahead, ew.

BigBoss7556: copy the mappack on top of the DCG mod - that is, extract both of them to the mods folder. Good catch!

readalert: I haven't tested much with Fog on recently. We may need a new minimod for fog and range again (there was one included in the old Faces of War version of DCG - if you download DCG 1.7 or earlier you can see what we were doing in the "visionfix" mod).

Just gave it a try and I chose a Jeep, Rifle Squad and a Bren tank thingy. The enemy had 1 medium tank and two light tanks with 3 infantry squads. unfair much? I didn't even get any AT grenades.

Am I doing it wrong? The capture points didn't seem to do anything even when I was right on top of them, I had no option for reinforcements.

Maybe it's something to do with the error I get when I try to extract maps.

'File not found: C:\Games\Men Of War\1.pat'

I have selected the correct folder though :S

Hi, thanks for this mod. One question though. The SP patch will be released in a day or two. So should I download the mod now or will you update it soon after the patch release and maybe I should wait a few days more.
